Call for Abstracts

The Lao TESOL Organizing Committee invites teachers, teacher educators, researchers, graduate students, and education leaders to submit abstracts for presentation at the LaoTESOL 2027 Conference. This year's theme, “Reimagining English Education: Innovation, Engagement, and the Future of Learning,” invites presenters to explore how English language teaching can evolve to meet the needs of learners in a rapidly changing world — through new technologies, more meaningful engagement, and a clear-eyed look at where the profession is headed.

We welcome submissions from classroom teachers, school and university administrators, researchers, and graduate students working in Laos and across the region. Sessions may take the form of paper presentations, workshops, panel discussions, or poster presentations, organized around the three conference pillars below.
